When can I expect to receive my order?
The B2C Products Available for Direct Order Lead Time
Handling time: 1-3 calendar days. Standard shipping: 1-3 calendar days.
Customized Product Lead Time
Handling time: 7-14 business days. Standard shipping: 7-35 calendar days.
Once the order(s) are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier.

Which countries do you ship to?
B2C: B2C products are available for US sales only with free shipping.
B2B: Worldwide. Shipping costs are adjusted according to the actual quantity of products ordered and the country of delivery.
Can I indicate a certain carrier?
No, we select and decide on a carrier according to the destination country, order package weight, etc. We work with high-reputation carriers to ensure smooth delivery. We own a direct carrier account to make sure shipping service is expected. We provide door-to-door service.
Where can’t we ship to?
We only accept shipping to streets, like offices, and home addresses. We can't ship orders to military addresses. We can't ship orders to the PO Box address.
How do I track my order?
Once the order is picked up by the carrier, our system will send you an email to advise the carrier and tracking number. You may visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package. You can work with the carrier to make an appointment for delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?
No, changing the address is not supported. Please be sure to verify the shipping address before placing the order.
Do I need to pay some duties or VAT?
Yes, if they produce the duty and VAT. Any duties and VAT are on your side. The duties fees and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country's customs.
